This policy explains what personal data Devleck collects through this website, for what purpose, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. We only collect data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or the chat assistant.

Devleck, a software engineering studio based in Colombia, represented by Aleck Martinez. You can contact us about anything relating to your data at the email address published in the contact section of this site.
What we collect and why
We collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry.
- Contact form: name, email address and message content, in order to reply to your request.
- Chat assistant: the content of the conversation, to handle it and improve responses.
- Aggregated, anonymous technical browsing data, to understand how the site is used.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or start the conversation, and our legitimate interest in handling commercial enquiries. We keep contact data while a relationship or commercial interest exists, and delete it on your request or when it is no longer needed.
Processors
We use external providers to operate the site: a transactional email service to deliver form messages to us, and a language model provider for the chat assistant. These providers process data solely on our behalf and under confidentiality agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data at any time, and object to its processing or withdraw your consent. Emailing our contact address is enough. We respond within a maximum of fifteen business days.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only cookies present are those strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site, which do not require prior consent.
